There are different rights and restrictions in organization projects, depending on the role of users in the project.
On Newzik Web
On Newzik Web, project members (as opposed to project admins) are prevented from doing the following actions:
- They cannot add other members to the project or assign roles. They are only allowed to leave the project.
- They cannot add pieces or parts to the project.
- They cannot delete pieces or parts from the project.
- They are not allowed to edit the title of the project.
- They are not allowed to edit the title and other metadata of pieces and parts in the project.
- They are not allowed to delete the project.
- They cannot export pieces or parts from the project.
In the Newzik App
In the Newzik App, the same restrictions as on Newzik Web apply. In addition, the following actions are not allowed for project members:
- They are not allowed to use the crop feature.
- They are not allowed to use the rearrange feature
- They cannot export pieces or parts from the project, or copy pieces or parts to their own library.
