Newzik OMR 2.9.4 was released on April 28th, 2026. The following items have been added or fixed:

ADDITIONS

• Split SATB Voices – In choral scores, soprano/alto and tenor/bass parts are often written on shared staves. LiveScore now automatically separates them into distinct voices in the generated MusicXML and MIDI files.
• Smart Annotations – LiveScore now leverages its symbolic music understanding to detect and highlight dynamics (piano, forte, crescendos, etc.), articulations, and accidentals directly in the iOS app.
• Note Identifier – Tap on any note or chord in the iOS app to view its pitch name, keyboard position, and playback sound, powered by LiveScore’s symbolic music intelligence.
