To retrieve your password, open the Newzik app, click on Log in, and then on "Oops! I forgot my password..." below your account information.

You will then be asked to enter your email address. The Newzik Team will send you and email (please check your spam in case you don't see it) with a link to reset your password. 

After having reset your password, you will be automatically logged in on Newzik Web.

You will finally be able to go back to the Newzik App and log in with your new password. 

Important note: this article is not relevant if you used Facebook Login or Sign-in with Apple to connect to Newzik. In these cases, the process will be handled directly by these third parties.
