You can create a copy of a Setlist (containing the same pieces in the same order) from the “Setlists” section by following these steps.

Long press on a Setlist row in the Setlists list to open the contextual menu:

You also can duplicate multiple Setlists at once via the Edit options (tap on Edit and then the "..." button):
