From the Score View, you will be able to view your sheet music and adjust settings.



Parts


Switch between individual parts by selecting the one of your choice from the list on the right.


From this menu, you can add new parts, edit their title or delete them.



Bookmarks


Click the Bookmarks button to view the different bookmarks of the score. It is possible to add or remove a bookmark directly from Newzik Web by clicking on the "+" button: choose the page, color and name and click OK. 




Media Files and Audio Recording


You can add, manage and export media files (audio and video) from the media section of the inspector panel.

The supported media file formats are : MP3, MIDI, WAV, M4A, M4P, MOV. Youtube videos are also supported.


Click on the Record button to record yourself using your computer's microphone. When prompted by your web browser, make sure to allow Newzik Web to access your microphone.


By default, a 2-bar (4/4) count-in is played before the recording starts. To turn off the count-in, adjust its settings or play a metronome during the recording, click on the metronome icon next to "Record".




MIDI Mixer


A MIDI mixer allows you to play MIDI files, isolate specific tracks, adjust their volume and transposition settings, and more.


Click on a MIDI file in the media section of the inspector panel to open the MIDI mixer (you can generate MIDI files from your PDF sheet music using the LiveScores feature).



To mute or solo a track, click on the "M" and "S" buttons. 



Click on the instrument name to change the sound, and click on the "..." button on the right to open the transposition, reverb and pan settings. You can also transpose all instrument tracks at once using the transposition settings of the "Master" track.




Turning Pages


Click on the arrows on either side of the music to turn the pages. You can also use the cursor at the bottom of the score to navigate between pages, or use a Bluetooth foot pedal.

Pressing the left and right arrows on your computer keyboard will also turn pages.


Changing Display Mode


Using the corresponding button below the top menu bar, you can choose to display your music in single-page or double-page mode, and choose between fit-height (whole page) or fit-width display.


Click on the maximize button to hide the inspector panel and view your music in full screen.





Export

Newzik Web allows you to export your pieces to PDF.


 Please note that, for now, markings made in the App will not appear on these exports.


Click on the "Download PDF" icon to export the file as a PDF.


Note: the same export restrictions as in the App apply if your Pieces are protected by publisher rights. If your Piece is protected, the Export button will be greyed out.
