You can export your Pieces, Setlists and Projects as PDF files for backup, sharing and/or printing purposes.

 

There are several ways to export a Piece to PDF:

  • From any Piece: Swipe left on the title of a Piece, click the share icon and select “Export to PDF”
  • From a Piece’s Details: Click the share icon and select “Export to PDF”
  • From within a Piece: Open the Features menu and click “Export to PDF” in the list

 

Choose if you want to export all individual parts together in a single PDF file, or in separate files bundled in a ZIP (default option). Choose whether to include annotations (only visible layers will be included) and your crop settings in your export and choose the individual parts you wish to export.

Click “Done” and choose your export destination in the iOS Share Sheet.

 

There are several ways to export a Setlist or Project to PDF:

  • From the Setlist or Project tab: Swipe left on the title of a Setlist/Project, click the share icon and select “Export to PDF”.
  • From within a Setlist or Project: Click the share icon in the top-right corner and select “Export to PDF”

 

Choose if you want to export all Pieces and individual parts together in a single PDF file, or in separate files bundled in a ZIP (default option).

Choose whether to include annotations and your crop settings in your export and choose if you wish to export only the selected parts (as in, the parts that are currently opened) or all individual parts.

Select which Pieces you wish to export, press “Done” and choose your export destination in the iOS Share Sheet.

Only annotations made on Layers that are currently visible will be included in the PDF export.
