As long as your device is connected to the Internet, all of your music and edits will be automatically backed up on our server. This also means that you will be able to recover your full library from any iOS device when you log in to your Newzik account1.
If your device is offline, your music and edits will be backed up in your device’s cache and will be safely uploaded to our server as soon as you connect to the internet.
You can check the synchronization status of your account in the sync dashboard, located in the account section of the Newzik app. If you find that some edits and/or files have not been properly synced, click on the "Synchronize now" button to force the synchronization process.
1Please note that this only applies if you created a Newzik account via email, Facebook or Apple Sign in – The contents of guest accounts cannot be retrieved from another device.
